2013 Golf Channel Am. Tour Bay Area Tour Schedule
2013 Order Of Merit – Senior Sarazen / Summer Senior Sarazen
I joined the GC Am Tour in March and here is the schedule I’ve played so far.
July 20th, 2013 – Pacific Grove Championship, Pacific Grove Golf Links, Pacific Grove, CA.
Results: another tale of 2 nines, short course and shot 45-38 = 83. Good enough for third in Sarazen Flight and a $50.00 gift card.
July 7th, 2013 – SAC – Stockton Championship, Elkhorn Golf Club, Stockton, CA.
Results: Poor plan on the front 9 and score reflected it. Having never played here before, I should have been much more conservative. shot 52-39 = 91
July 6th, 2013 – Hollister Championship, San Joan Oaks Golf Club, Hollister, CA.
Results: Shot 89 and finished T3rd in Senior Sarazen flight.
June 14th, 2013 – Presidio Invitational, Presidio Golf Club, San Francisco, CA
Results: Played well, scored an 11 on the 9th hole and then tore up the back to finish 1st Senior Sarazen. My first Am Tour flight Win with an 86.
June 2nd, 2013 – Del Monte Players, Del Monte Golf Course, Monterey, CA
Results: shot 90 and finished 5th in Senior Sarazen flight. Just could not get anything working and played bogey golf.
May 4th, 2013 – Monarch Championship – Monarch Bay Golf Links, San Leandro, CA
Results: shot 94 and finished T7 in the Senior Sarazen Flight. Really windy day along the East Bay links.
April 20th, 2013 – Marin County Players -Stone Tree Golf Club, Novato, CA
Results: Shot 93, finished 2nd in Senior Sarazen flight by a single stroke.. dang…
